Your rights are right to be informed, right of access, right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restrict processing, right to data portability, right to object to processing and rights in relation to automated decision-making.

Right of access
As registered with us, you have the right to request access to the personal data we have about you free of charge.
Right to rectification
If you as a customer or supplier to us need to correct your personal information we have registered about you, please contact our customer service or your contact person. Since we are locally based and have many different offices, we have many different contact routes. The easiest way to see who to contact is to look at your invoice, which shows the current phone number for the current customer service. For some services, there may be a need for identification.
If you as an employee with us need to correct the personal information we have about you, such as name and address, you need to change your information by yourself in the internal system.
Right to be forgotten
You have the right to request deletion of your data in cases where the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. However, there may be legal obligations that prevent us from deleting parts of your information. If you have given your consent for us to process your personal data, you always have the right to withdraw your consent to processing.
Please also note that we do not save information longer than necessary and that for this reason it may be the case that your information is no longer there.
Right to restrict processing
You have the right to obtain restriction of processing from Avarn Security if some requirements are fulfilled. Contact us if you want to exercise this right.
Right to data portability
If you have consented to the processing of personal data or special categories of data and provided these in a structured manner, you have the right to request that the data be transferred to another data controller and provided that it is technically possible.
Right to object to processing
As a data subject, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data that is based on Avarn Security's legitimate interest. Avarn Security may still continue to process your data if Avarn Security can demonstrate that there are legitimate reasons that outweigh your interests not to process or if Avarn Security needs to retain the data to exercise or defend legal claims.
Rights in relation to automated decision-making
You have the right to not be subject to a decision based solely on automated means, if the decision produces legal effects concerning you or significantly affects you in a similar way. Avarn Security does not make any automated decisions on you as a customer, supplier nor employee.
