Avarn Security Group‘s largest shareholders are Sanok Invest AS, Stiftelsen Fritt Ord and WFW Invest AS. 

AS Skan-kontroll (https://skan-kontroll.no/) and Nokas AS are wholly owned subsidiaries of Avarn Security Group. Semac AS, and Avarn Security Innlandet AS, among others, are partly owned by us.
